My xbox 360 is showing two screens on the same tv side by side?!?!?

I had the 3 rings of death happen last night and i just turned it off and lefti it overnight. now i just started up my 360 and the normal av cables arn't working and when i use the high def ones it shows two completely seperate screens side by side seperated by a black bar....ive never even heard of something like this, i also tried a diferent tv and get no picture at all on normal or high def just sound. please help!

I'd reccomend to call Microsoft. They'll prob. just tell you to send it in for repair, but I don;t see any other way around it.
