My xbox 360 live is and internet is slow cant fix

my 360 live and internet is on the frits. i keep doing virus scans and nothing comes up. it takes about 30 sec to go to a web page and i cant join any games on xbox 360 live. if any one has a idea how to fix this plz tell me.

you could try moving your 360 to another phone jack

or if your using a wireless router  then get a different router

and if that doesn't work then contact Microsoft then ask them if you could get your money back
