My xbox 360 when im ready to play i can hear the sound of the game theme song but i dont get picture why??

make sure the cable on the xbox's end has its switch set for the right TV.

Red, white and yellow inputs indicate standard definition; the other three are for high definition.

Make sure you have the correct plugs in, and the correct switch position on the cable, and that should fix it. Otherwise its a videocard issue and you'll need to send it back to microsoft.

check the cords you plug in to the tv. there should be an audio video  cable.. like white yellow and red.. make sure they are all plug in good.
