My xbox360 broke?!?! :(?

its not doing the ring of fire thing just a section is flashing red is there a way i can fix it or do i need to get help

Unfortunately you'll have to send it in, unless it stops after a month. Just call the number on the warranty book and customer service will take care of you there on.

well when you don't plug it into the tv it turns red,

but if its plugged into the tv, i would go to best buy or where ever you bought it and ask a professional,

Since it is not the RRoD and since you did not specify which section is flashing, go to the link below which has a guide to determine what the error code is.  From there, you can tell if it is something you can do to fix it or something that you will need to contact Microsoft over.
