My yahoo 360 pic isn't showing up as my avatar for y!a???

Yea, I click on edit my profile, and set pic as Yahoo 360, and nothing is happening, and yes, I do have a Yahoo 360 and a pic!

There's currently a glitch with Yahoo where you load 360 photos and they don't show up as your Yahoo Answers avatar. No doubt they're working on it so all we can do is be patient and hope they fix the glitch soon!

It's times like this that I remember my Dad used to say "You get what you pay for" so, considering that I don't pay anything to use this site, I refuse to let it get to me that they have glitches all the time. Yahoo is famous for it's glitches. Welcome to YaHELL.

First and foremost did you remember to check in your Yahoo 360 to make certain that the picture you want to show up is ticked as "Make this my Primary"?

If so, then I would go through ALL the steps again just to make certain you didn't accidentally skip any steps and then wait 24 hours. Yahoo 360 has been having some glitches lately and a lot of people are having problems right now. Yahoo says they're working on this.

For some crazy reason a lot of people find that they have to do this 2 or 3 times in order for it to take.

Just in case ... here's ALL the steps again...

Click on your profile

Then 360 link (upper right)

then "My Page" (top bar right side)

Then Edit Photos (left column top)

then upload pictures in main page section

Then tick the pic U want to use as Primary

Then SAVE

then close out of 360

Come back here to YA Profile

Edit settings

Scroll Down

Use My 360 Photo

Save

Done!

This question is the most asked question in this category!

It is because we are losing our 360's sometime in the near future, from the information Yahoo has given us.. starting way back in October friend!

You can read the information that Yahoo has posted by going to the top of any of the 360 pages and clicking onto the Yahoo360News link there.. it links to the Yahoo 360 Product blog.

This is a bug or a glitch or it is not an option any more to us to use. You will have to use your avatar or the gray silouhette of the guy they have in the Answers profiles for us to use..

I would not try to link up to the 360 pictures any longer.
