  1. Your 360 space is automatically public. People can SEE your profile pics (with some miscellaneous link functions under that), friends module (if you have connected friends), your Top Page comments (unless you delete all of them), and your background. Yet every other area and interactive feature, you control by setting permissions. Make sure that you are clicking the "Save" button after making changes.

BUT if you are under age 18, your 360 space is restricted. This means some 360 features for which the permissions "Public" or "Everyone on 360" are available to adult users, you can only make "Friends of Friends" be the most open permission as a youth. This age restriction is based on the birth date submitted to Yahoo upon the creation of your Yahoo account.

If you AREN'T under age 18, then you should create a new Yahoo account with the appropriate birth date and activate the 360 space for that account.

If you ARE under age 18, then the "Friends" or "Friends of Friends" permissions of certain 360 features makes it necessary for someone to accept your 360 invite in order to completely interact with those areas of your 360.

UPDATE: Make sure to check how other people view your page by clicking on the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page". Choose a permission group and click the "Go" button.
