My yahoo's not working, how come?

for the past several weeks, my yahoo hasn't been updating with news. i tried to sign off then back on and i'm seeing the same news from 2 weeks ago. and same comic strips (they change everyday) everyday now. any idea if it's me or is there something wrong with the my yahoo feature?

There's some technical glitch going on with Yahoo! Judging from the volume of questions posted here, a great number of folks are having this same problem. Suggest you contact Yahoo! customer service, so that the scope of the problem is made clear to them.

This is the last I heard from them several days ago: "Please be assured that our engineers are aware of this problem. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in finding the root cause of the problem. However, we continue to work on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon."
