    HOW LONG WAS IT SINCE YOU LAST LOGGED IN?  THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY REASON I THINK THEY WOULD DO THAT..

    I WOULD TRY  (try)  AND RESIGN UP WITH THE SAME ID THAT YOU USED.

    CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LET THEM KNOW...

    You may find that it wasnt de-activated after all.

    ARE YOU GETTING ANY ERROR MESSAGES???
