i remember my id as well as password properly but still not able to lot on i want to reset my pasword but i dont remember the Birth Day i put into my account

You really should write that stuff down. How can you forget your birthday?

Simple, someone can be locking your account. This can be done by entering the incorrect password multiple times.

or, someone can be sending bots to you.

or you could of been hacked by someone, you could of gotten phished, keylogged, or bruteforced by a user on your friendlist or some random person.
