My yahoo search returns / displays in Chinese at http://www.baidu.com/search/...... Can I fix this?

When on the site R. mouse click and select 'encoding' select either Unicode or Western European English - this should work.

2 mins later. Sorry it doesn't work. I just tried mine and it was in Chinese as well. Hope someone else can help.

Your problem was probably caused by a temporary Chinese government redirect of Yahoo, Google and MSN traffic to Baidu.

The measure was rumoured to be in response to the United States awarding a Congressional Medal of Honor to the Dalai Lama, though no-one is confirming anything one way or the other.

I wish I had an answer, but I'm having the same problem.  I hope Yahoo or someone else knows how to fix this soon! :*(
