my yahoo360 page is germany how can i turn it to english? or how can i block it and make a new page?

Your 360 space is hosted through the Germany site. The only way to get it to an English host is to create Yahoo ID through a U.S. or UK Yahoo portal (or other English-language based one) and then START OVER with your 360 space there. There is no transfer tool, so you'd have to manually copy and paste and re-upload to the English-hosted Yahoo 360.
