I just don't know what to do. I've never had a problem with my account bouncing (well, old addresses, yes...but I've never had an address I was actually using start bouncing and not stop!!). I can't email my groups. I'm not getting messages. The help group is not responding. I tried resetting my account. It didn't work. My ISP said that nothing was blocking my messages and that everything should be fine. OH MY! What do I do??!! I NEED my groups. Oh, please....computer angels out there.....hear my pleas!!

I think I'm about to lose it...............................

  1. many times ISP's say they're not, when they are. for what ever reason, bouncing is a mail provider issue. the posts cant be delivered to the address.

try to see if this below link helps, if not consider trying a free mail provider- do you get mail then. if so, call your ISP back up

Why does it say my account is "bouncing"? How can I stop bouncing?

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

    Add new address

go to this link- http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs click add email address on top left- follow steps and confirm address.

then go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Email Address click the arrow for the drop down box and select new address- click save changes
