I don't use Yahoo real time quotes anymore because I have had this problem in the past and don't have confidence that they can fix it on a consistent basis.  If you are investing and trading online at any of the major firms, you can get real time quotes from them for free.

I'm not quite sure what you mean.

If you mean your e-mails are showing the incorrect time, then go to control panel on your computer and alter the time and date to show the correct time.
