My yorkie isnt eating anymore?

Well my Yorkie is about 7 months old. She used to eat Cesar dog food,but we started to try to get her into eating Dry food. We had gotten 2 different types but she liked neither. we didnt want to get her Cesar but we would once in a while but she started to not like them anymore,either. The she got sick with a stomach virus,of some sort, but she's better now. while she was sick we gave her Cesar and boiled chicken. Now she doesnt like any of those foods, or turkey(which she used to love). Please help me,im extremely worried.

Keep the dry food sitting out. She is just testing you. If she don't eat that food you will give her chicken. When she sees that you are all done with dinner and are going to watch TV or whatever, she will give up and start eating her dog food.

I have done this hundreds of times and so has every one of my dogs through the years. She will eat when she is hungry. Don't worry, she is not sick, just hoping you will give in. That chicken tasted much better than her dog food, but you will very quickly have an obese little yorkie on your hands if you give in.

You can still give her a little doggy treat once in a while, like puperoni, snausages. Check the calories, because yorkies are very tiny dogs. they can't eat that much food unfortunately.

You may want to try a little vegetables with cooking spray for a treat too. There is no calories in cooking spray. Very little in vegies, but it will be good for her and taste good too.  Good luck

She will eat when she is hungry. I swear to you, she will not starve herself. There really is no trick. I have noticed that my picky eater prefers to be hand fed, but I really don't recommend that, as she will begin not to eat unless you always hand feed her.

I free feed my dogs and I notice that my picky eater will eat in the middle of the night.

This same thing happened to one of my dogs. my dog got Parvo, a virus. we gave him treatment for 4 days. He wouldn't eat anything for days. if he did he would throw up. Then we went to a local pet shop and bought a dewormer. It kind of worked. I started giving him boiled chicken and boiled plain rice.
