My younger sister...?

Is 16, in her last year at school before college hopefully, works on Saturdays with a guy whose 21. They hang out quite a lot at work but never outside of it. He's invited her to a gig locally with a large group of mutual guy and girl friends who are all 17, 18, 19, 20 as he has a spare ticket (was for his ex but they just broke up, she was 20).

He doesn't seem smarmy or anything, and I know that he's very nice and well educated (private schooled since 5, at uni studying History and Politics) but I don't think that she should be hanging about with a 21 year old tbh...She says there's nothing going on but personally I think there is the potential for something to happen between them...what shall I say to her without being patronizing?

  1. umnnn...well u could tell her...that he is too old but then she would probably say they're friends...maybe to keep them awya from each other u could go with her...or ask her to take her freinds with her...at least u'll know they weren't doing anything wrong :)

    hope this helps

  2. just tell her what u think.  her parents should know about this and shouldnt allow her to go.

  3. tell her we think he is too old

  4. If he is a decent respectful person why are you worried, Let your sister live her life, It is possible for a guy and girl to have a friendship without anything going on.

  5. Where are your parents? this is a decision they should be making not you.

  6. Tell your parents they are stupid(you can tell them I said so :)  )

because their 16 yr old has the hornies for this guy, he is 21 and educated and knows how to manipulate a 16 yr old girl into bed,and they should at least find out what he is like from his ex 20 yr old ex g/f.

Maybe he is through using her for s*x?Maybe she is pregnant?

Maybe he is a decent guy,but wouldn't it be better to find out if there is anything about him first before your parents allow her to be  a guinea pig?

They have the power, you don't.If nothing else have one of them go with her.
