My zune doesnt reverse sync?

I have a 30 gigabyte zune and i cant reverse sync on it. I tried the copy to my collection but that doesnt work. Also, when i open my computer, there is no icon with my zune on it. But the zune software sees it and i can sync stuff onto the zune. Can someone help me please? And if someone posts a website where you get a free ipod just dont answer plz im sick of those people who say you get one and dont answer my question. PLEASE I NEED TO REVERSE SYNC!!!

    microsoft products can be so confusing!

    i ended up giving my zune to a friend and let her figure it out, and i got an ipod.
