My zune is not being reconized on my computer?

the battery is dead and i dont think its charging i jsut bought a new cord for it and i go to the zune icon and it says it not connecting FASTEST ONE TO ANSWER AND IS CORRECT WILL GET 10 POINTS

  1. it may be the computer if you have a usb port in the back  usei insted of the front it should reconized and when you want to to add songs you need to syncro it also if that dose not help look it up


  2. If what nightmare suggests doesn't work then call Microsoft if it is still under warranty.
