My zune was working just fine. I turned it off and the next time i tried to use it it wouldnt turn on! Advice?

resetting wont work because the thing doesnt actually turn on! Also, when i conect it to my computer, it says usb devuce not recognised. Ive only had it for like 3 mnths!

It is possible you have a virus in your Zune, particularly if you use limewire or similar music file sharing service.

The best thing to do would be to take it back under the warranty and get it replaced.

That happened with my ipod

if you still have a warrenty you should do that

or go to the zune site or get the number to coustomer service and they will try to help you fix it
