MyAir (Italian Low-cost airline) has cancelled the flights and booked me on a flight with times that just do not suit me. On the return leg they are now flying me to Venice, in place of my original destination of Milan.

I sent them e-mails on four consecutive days, asking whether I can cancel the flight and get a refund, but I did not get a single answer. Can anybody suggest what I should do. I have found flights with another airline, but I do not want to loose the money I paid to MyAir.

  1. Flight was canceled by Airlines and its not your fault, so you can take the refund of all amount or you can insist on them provide another flight, you can filled the case in consumer court and claim compensasion

  2. yes  you can get refund, but it differ from airline to airline, and also continent to continent. One thing is confirmed that you cant get 100% refund.

Like PIA, they have maney category, for example if you return before 24 hours diduction persentage will be different and if you sucessfully find any good links or any "POWERFUL" (telephonic CALL, NO PROBLEMS IF FROM RETIRED ONE) you may get full refund. and if you dont find any of the above, good bless you.
