you have serveral options. What is the reason of denial?

If it is related with the employer payment ability, seek a different employer. If it is related with your qualifications and you still belive that it should have been approved, then file an appeal. did they send you motion to deny letter first?

nothing, when a petition is denied, the decision is final, in the letter they sent you or you're expected to receive, says if you can appeal or not, if you can, hurry up!!! if you lose time you'll get an order of deportation and if you don't voluntary leave, they'll take you to a detention facility.
