Mylock 203 instruction manual

Hello!

I purchased a serger mylock203 a few years ago and now realize it did not come with a manual. where can i find one? i would like instructions to oil and clean it. i also need an explanation of what dials do (I know they set tension ie tighten the thread), but what does that do on fabric? I tested different tensions and cannot really tell.
