Myrank in wbjee2008 is 28469 in genengg and the closing rank for Btech was 26000 .WILL THERE BE RE COUNSELLING

my wbjee 2008 general engg. rank is 28469 and i am a wait listed canditate now because the closing rank for B Tech was 26000 something.will there will be re counselling and can i will be able to get admission.please help..........?????????????

EDIT: sorry, I did some research and realize that this has to d with the educational system in Asia (I am assuming India). I have no eperience there, so I hope someone is able to help you! Good luck with your studies!
