I generally use a really great website, there is tons of codes and all work unlike some sites.

Google "Myspace Source Generator" And click myspacesourcecodes.co.uk i think.

You cannot hide the advertisement.

You can hide the ad but it's not allowed and could get your page deleted, if you want to hide it anyway:
