Myspace help please?

So I have two myspace's right. So for example I look at peoples profiles right and some are not private they are public but their not my friends. Like there is this one of my friends friend profiles that i can view because they are public not private even though they are not my friends. On my 2nd myspace if they are not my friend i can't view any profiles even though they are public. So basically my 1st myspace I can view any profile If they are not private and not my friends. But my 2nd profile I cant view anyones profile even if their public only if I friend request

Some people DONT have their profile set on private therefore you can see it.

Some people DO have their profile on private which doesn't let you see their profile

You can see a persons public profile even if they aren't on your friends list. Erm well I hope this helps a little bit :/
