if you want to make that into a layout, i suggest this website

first you click "start from scratch"

then copy the URL (which is also called "Direct Link") of the image which is a code and place it where it says Background-  Main page-enter image url

Pre-Made Layouts /Background/Tables/Text and Links/Tiny Profile/Tweaks/Extras/Upload Images<<<<Thats whats on the tabs

you can also place images or whatever you want on the tables of your profile using this profile editor.

put this HTML code somewhere in the layout. This is just a basic background code so it doesn't do anything to any other part of the layout/page except the background:
