Myspace layout question concerning what is legal

Well, i wanna make my own myspace layout using html. To make a background, you need to find an image and load it into your photobucket account. Is it illegal for me to go to google images and copy some random picture that i like into my computer, then load it into my photobucket account, then put it on my myspace layout which i will be taking credit for?
