Ok here is my question. When i send someone an add request and they decline do they disappear from my pending list?

I think so because pending means it is awaiting approval or to be declined.  But don't think that just because someone is off the pending list they declined.  Check you list of friends to see if they are there or try adding them again if you think there was an error.

no they do not...they stay till u delete it

No it doesn't. I dont think myspace wants you to know that your request has been decline. It shows on your inbox that the request is still pending and it will stay that way until you delete it.

They would, because if it was still pending it would be as if they hadn't had checked the friend request and haven't answered your request :P
