Hi. I think I did something to my ankle yesterday but I'm not sure what. I have been running from 1 and a half to 2 miles every other day for like 2 months. I was running yesterday and around the 3rd turn around the track my ankle just started hurting. Didn't twist it or anything just started hurting. Then I looked at it today and it's swollen behind my right ankle bone. What the heck? I definently wasn't straining myself so I caan't figure this out. I finally just got back into running 2 months ago after being out for a few years, so I don't want to lose any progress I've made. What can I do in meantime to keep endurance and strength that I've got?
