i have three guppies and a platy i purchased them about a week ago and i thought i got three male guppies but today i noticed a tiny little fry burying itself in the gravel. for some reason i didnt think much of it and continued on with my day but hours later i checked the tank and i saw another fry (or maybe the same one i saw earlier) so now im concerned that i have a female. i researched the differences between female and male guppies and all of them fit the male guppy appearance! i dont have a problem with having baby guppies i just don't understand. is it common? could it be the platy? none of them even look pregnant! what could it be?-thanks for the help!
