Most likely this was her hymen breaking. Many girls don't feel it when it breaks and it doesn't always break the first time a girl has s*x or is fingered. If there was no pain and she has no pain now, you did not cut her. The only explanation is that this was her hymen breaking or tearing.

How do you know the hymen wasn't broken?  Some women don't have pain when the hymen is broken as it may have been slightly torn during normal activities.

Most probably you damaged the hymen. Hymen is a thin membrane that surrounds the opening to v****a. Read "what boys and men shoudl know ..." below
