Mystery shopping assignments?

i have a cousin that's a mystery shopper who was just emailed an assignment. the assignment requires her to go to two different stores. she wants to go to the first one but not sure about the second store. In the email it doesnt say to go to "store one" OR "store two", it says go to "store one" AND "store two"... does she HAVE to do both stores for this assignment to officially be fulfilled? thank you!

Is there a conflict of interest in this second store? Does she know people at this store.. if that is the case, she needs to be professional. Personal opinions are not really allowed in these assignments- they want facts! If she has worked there then the Scheduler needs to know and it would then definitely be ok to give up the shop to a back-up shopper.

NOW, Since The Assignment calls to go to STORE ONE  AND STORE TWO.. It is important to remember to follow exactly or you risk the problem of the whole assignment being void and you will not be paid - even if you did do ONE store..

In anyevent- since i do not have the assignment in front of me,(and you did great with the way you asked the question without giving any details!!" good job   (confidentiality is important)

she can always email or call the scheduler for clarification .. It is always best fo find out for sure....

They wanted two - that is what they are paying for..

Important it KEEP IN MIND OF TIME DEADLINES TOO

Not one minute AFTER

iF THE ASSIGNMENT SAYS THAT THE HOURS FOR THE SHOP IS:

9-8PM  yOU MUST GO IN AFTER 9 AM AND LEAVE BEFORE 8 PM- and I guarantee it says spend 30 minutes. at least even if it doesn't - You were there 30 minutes.   when i first started I was so mad.. i reported that I stayed 29 minutes making observations, Well i didnt get paid- it was to be 30...Once the report is submitted - too bad. no go they wanted me there 30 min. I was to be there 30....

I misunderstood and thought i only had 30 min to do it

NOW WHAT TO DO IF SHE DOESN'T WANT THE ASSIGNMENT.  

In the event that she doesn't want to do the assignment here is what to do:

1. contact the scheduler immediately  and inform that something came up and they need to get a back up shopper. as long as today is not the deadline.

If today is the deadline -and  she gives it up- that would be "flaking" on assignments and schedulers do not like that at all!..

if today is not deadline, and there is still time..then it should be fine and the scheduler may be able to find a backup.

they just need to be notified right away!

Suggestion:  

If you are old enough,  and If you are interested in the assignment, sign up for the company and then ask for it.

Yes, to fulfill the assignment correctly, she would have to go to both stores and follow the instructions that they want,,
