i herd smoking makes you lose weight i don't ever plan on smoking disgusting habit but my friend reckons smoking can make you lose weight slowly nothing dramatic but it helps keep it off is she telling the truth she quit and put on weight n started again n in a period of 2months lost 3kgs??? what do you think

  2. Well i smoke and when i dont have ciggeretts i will eat. I do smoke when i am hungry so it might help. I have a friend that stopped smoking and she gained like 40 pounds after.

Yes loose weight and blood circulation as well - it constricts the blood vessels.  It also makes people feel bad as the body fights off the poison so many smoke another to feel better as more poison seems to stimulate the person to feel better for a short time and then the feel bad again.  Most smokers never connect that on a whole that they feel worse for smoking nearly all the time.

  4. it does not make you loose weight. what it does do is speed up your metabolism which in turn will cause you to loose weight.

    keep this in mind though it will effect all differently, you may experience nothing at all except being out 5 bucks!
