Mythical creature? (NOT A JOKE, DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS)?

ok, i saw something a couple years ago and i have asked about it to people online but nothing has come to revelation so i though id ask yahoo answers.

at a summer camp i was hanging around the mess hall when everyone was inside (it was sort of dark) i saw a tiny man (like 2 feet tall) come out of the woods but when he saw me he ran away. there are no midgets or anything like that at this camp, also this thing was not quite human i don't think, it had very weird stumpy wide-spread feet. it didn't say anything to me. no one else saw it so it wasn't some sort of prank or anything.

i am not the sort of person to make this stuff up. im very realistic. i dont really believe in mythical creatures but this is something that has always stayed on my mind. do NOT tell me it was just a dog or animal or something. it was NOT that dark that i couldn't tell the difference.

it might be a midget from another place (or lost) wearing a swim fin. That's what it sounds like.

Believe this or not but there have been humans that were suppose to have mated with a big foot.... And their offsprings have been sighted and said to be 2 or 3 feet tall with webbed feet...... So you are not the only one that have spotted such a creature in a wooded area there are at least 12 existing reports that I know of....... And I don't believe that you are joking............ And there are many reported cases of men and women mating  with a  big foot thus creating offsprings..... So the gentic make up of big foot and man must be more closely knitted them many people may even wish to know.... And in the Isolated area in Russia and China these incident is suppose to be very  common news......

I think you saw a elf. Don't matter, I saw many times a poltergeist when I was a child. (I'm not joking).

How about just something evil to torment you? Ya, maybe it sounds paranoid or weird but you probably did see something but I doubt it's a mythical creature. Perhaps you could examine what you are doing in your life and see what you have invited into it...sorry if it sounds like a dumb suggestion but it's what I'd do.

They are really short and they have wide spread feet.
