Wad duct tape included on in the manned payloads of these missions?

Not strictly duct tape.  But each mission carried heavy cloth tape coated with a material that is relatively gas impermeable, heat resistant, and electrically non-conductive.  It was manufactured by Shurtape and is most like what is called "gaffer tape" in the entertainment industry.

When oxygen cylinder exploded in Apollo 13, they designed and localy built a carbon dioxide absorber  and for this some type of tape was used.This saved their life.
