  1. Phils are gonna win the NL East, and I think the Brewers are gonna be the wild card, not an East team.

  2. I'm going with the Phillies powerful offense.Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, Jimmy Rollins, and Pat Burrell are dangerous. I think the Mets will eventually fall out because they are just hot right now and Santana hasn't been very good. I do think the young Marlins team will win the wildcard because they are very talented and believe in themselves. Another walk-off win yesterday.

  3. mets all the way

    LETS GO METS!!!!

and rooster from h**l the phillies are the team in need of pitching

  4. its gonna be a tight race between mets and marlins but mets will win and become world series champions

  5. phillies will win

  6. I don't think the Mets do a repeat of last season but the NL East in my opinion is going to go down to the last few games of the season & it's what baseball is all about.  Competition at it's best, a  3 team race

  7. the marlins are too young and the phillies have no good starters excluding hamels

  8. I think the Mets will probably pull away and take it. There is too much talent on that team for them not to be winning; I think getting rid of Randolph may have been the best thing to happen to them.

  9. The Marlins are solid but I believe they are a position player and a starting pitcher short of having a real good shot at winning.  I believe both the Phillies and Mets are better than the Marlins and would give the edge to the Mets because of their pitching.

  10. phillies all the way

  11. Phillies. They are the only team that is making improvements before the trade deadline. They have the overall best offense, defense, and pitching of the three. They have no glaring weakness even if a couple of players aren't playing to their own regular standards.

Mets and Marlins need pitching. Offense doesn't win championships, pitching does.

  12. New York Mets

  13. Mets?

  14. Mets or Phils. Marlins don't have what it takes to be a division winner.

  15. I think the Mets will win the division and the wildcard is going to come from the NL Central.  The three best teams record wise are in the NL Central and don't show signs of fading anytime soon.

  16. I'm going with the Mets.  The Marlins have been slipping for quite some time and I don't see them coming back.  The Met players are glad Willie Randolph is gone and they will continue their winning ways.  It will be close, but I think the Mets will barely edge the Phillies.

  17. METS!

  18. I think the phils will win it because they are a second half team, they play stronger and win alot more..in '07 they were 8 or 10 games behind the mets and they came back and won the nl east..and this year they are tied so i think they'll pull ahead but i know its gonna all go down in the last 2 weeks..and i just dont think the marlins are experienced enough to win it just yet..they should build on this and next year, they'll be just as good as the phils and mets...and i think the phillies will win the nlds this year unlike last year where they got swept but i think that was because of inexperience and like 95% of the players have never played in the playoffs but i think they are ready this year.

  19. I think the final standings will be...

    1. Mets: There's a reason they're called, "The Amazins'.

    2. Phillies: 10,000 losses didn't fall from the sky.

    3. Marlins: Struggling, the fish are getting caught.

    4. Braves: Now they're just a shadow.

    5. Nationals: Get real.
