  1. Depending on the network configuration and you hardware and software - yes

    Windows XP (and maybe Vista but I'm not sure on that) has a option called ICS - Internet connection sharing.

    Use Windows help and search ICS - that will give you step by step instructions.

    FYI - ICS is designed to allow you to connect to the Internet wirelessly and then have one other machine share that connection through the computer. You will be bridging your wireless connection and your Ethernet port to make this work

    You did not say how the computer you wanted to use was connected to the router. If it is connected by a cable, then you have to have 2 Ethernet cards to make this work.

    I really don't recommend this setup for gaming. Putting the computer in the middle just slows you down, and that's not a good thing for gaming
