NAD spare parts

Question

Hi I think the volume pot on my amp is faulty (lots of crackle when I turn it up or down, but not always in the same spot on the pot or all the time, prehaps it's something else??)

Where can I get a spare one?

I have a NAD 3020and the carbon granule volume POT has a couple of noisy/dead spots. Where can I get a replacement Thanks Geoff
