This place serves HUGE sandwiches that are IMPOSSIBLE for 1 person to finish and is very pricey ($25 for a reuben). Each table is served pickles and slaw before your meal. I believe this restaurant has a woman's name, but cannot for the life of me remember it! If I remember correctly, this restaurant is located in Time's Square and when you enter, the bar is to your left and a staircase to an upper level is in front of you, where I believe the rest rooms are located. Help please?

  1. I believe you are thinking about the Roxi Deli on 7th Avenue.

  2. That's the Roxy Delicatessen on Broadway where 7th Ave and Broadway intersect in the heart of Times Square. In walking in you'll first see the counter where one can wait in line for to-go items, then a staircase to seating areas upstairs. The sandwiches are pricey but excellent. For an additional $3 you can get a second plate and split your sandwich with a friend.

  3. yeah it's the Roxy....

but seriously.....quality always rules over quantity!!!!

Katz Deli on the Bowery is by far without question the best deli in Manhattan.

Corned Beef, Pastrami, even the hot dogs are to die for.

    Trust me on this one....lol
