Question

1) What episodes of shippuuden do we actually see more dialogue and fighting with sasuke in it? (besides the first episode)

2) Does this conflict with the filler arc of shippuuden?

3) I did not bother seeing the Naruto epsidoes 138-220. Is the filler arc of shippuuden worth watching? Is this one any better? when does this filler arc start and end?

1) Naruto Shippuden Movie Bonds will have sasuke and naruto fighting back to back in them

3)The fillers for shippuden are pretty good and if you didnt read the manga you will have to watch the fillers in order to understand what is going on after the fillers because the fillers introduce charecters that are apart of the main storyline in the manga(chiriku)

3.some of this episodes are really good like the bomberman in konoha and some are very funny.

3) I suggest u just watch them...but thats just me, i find some of them are really funny, plus it adds certain things that would help u understand why Naruto was so widely missed.
