This bugs me because I read it recently someplace and I keep thinking Ned Jarrett.  So that is what I am going with.

close to a quote by andy pilgrim.  also sounds like some things junior has said in the past, usually followed by figuring he'd be a mechanic if this racing thing didn't work out.
