Well I'm not really a "fan" but I do watch the occasional race. My favorite numbers are

#8 Dale Earnhardt Jr. and #9 Kasey Kahne.

However no one will ever be better than Dale Earnhardt Sr. #3 R.I.P.

My favorite driver is Tony Stewart.  He can drive anything he sits behind that has four wheels or two.  He has a couple of Harleys parked in his garage.  He brings excitement to the track and is often misunderstood by critics.  What would you do if you had just been wrecked out and a reporter is sticking a microphone in your face wanting to know "how do you fee?"  How the heck would you feel?  Lousy and the last person you want to talk to is the press.  Sorry, I will get off of my soapbox now.

Its funny how everyone is going for the newer generation drivers, like Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Busch, and Jr.!! Don't get me wrong I love Jr. but MARK MARTIN is my all time favorite driver. I believe that he is the only real down to earth driver and sincerely cares about everyone, even when he wrecks them he always apologizes!!
