NASCAR’s fastest woman Jennifer Jo Cobb partners with Lilly’s Cosmetics – NASCAR news
Jennifer Jo Cobb Racing revealed earlier this month the reunion of his team with Lilly’s Cosmetics.
The company will be sponsoring her No. 10 Ford F-150 for 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series “NextEra Energy Resources 250” at Daytona International Speedway on February 18, 2011.
Cobb also owns a fashion line, Driver’s Boutique and Driven Male. She has been utilising her earnings from fashion business to fund her racing team.
“In 2011 sponsorship will be crucial to the survival of our team and we are so grateful to have small- to medium-size businesses like Lilly's Cosmetics join us for one-race deals,” Cobb stated at the press release. “I proudly wear make-up I purchased
from LillysCosmetics.com and receive so many compliments; even from professional television make-up artists!”
Jennifer Jo Cobb previously appeared at CNN's Anderson Cooper 360. Cobb was praised by making her the NASCAR’s Fastest Woman. During the show, Cob insisted to wear the make-up by her sponsor Lilly’s Cosmetics.
“I am excited to once again work with Jennifer and JJCR. Our experience at Homestead-Miami was very positive and I am sure Daytona will be even better,” said Lilly's Cosmetics owner Sharon Lilly. “It is nice to have owners and drivers who are willing
to work with small businesses that do not have large advertising budgets. With a large number of female NASCAR fans, I feel this is a great way to present my products to them.”
Cobb made a history at 2010 season finale in Homestead-Miami Florida Speedway. She was driving her pink Lilly’s Cosmetics Ford and marked the highest point ranking female (17th in points) of NASCAR in recent era. Her last season performance
ensures her position in 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, season standings.
Along with the truck series Cobb is scheduled to drive Ford Mustang No. 79 for 2nd Chance Motorsports for 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series season opener.
Jennifer Jo Cobb got her in racing at a local level in Kansas City area in 1991. She held herself in top 10 championships for every season.
She debuted in ARCA Re/Max Series at Kansas Speedway in 2002 scoring 16th position. Her second start was in 2004 finishing ninth. Later on Cobb went to start on Nashville Speedway, qualifying ninth and finishing seventh.
Jennifer Jo Cobb does community works as appearing in schools. She delivers presentations to government groups and big corporate. Cobb efficiently uses her racing experience into other works.
