I think you must have got a mail from bank in uk for some job opening. Look friend these are the fake make mails. If they asks you to make payment for Visa or Work permit , please dont make the payent .

search in Google for the bank s web site. And write a letter to bank to confirm the vacancy. that you have got a letter from bank for whatever reason.
