I feel bad for you dude you always seem to be on the losing side of things. Maybe you need to bone up on current events. The super highway funding was cut by congress. It's not going to be built.

The test last fall which allowed around 100 Mexicans truckers to cross the country did not go well either.

Probably a new driver license will be issued for all of three north American union countries.

I am fairly certain that these three countries already honor one another's driver's licenses...therefore it wouldn't be an issue.
