NBA 2K9 or NBA Live 09 ? Which would you buy?

Just want your opinion on which is better.

2K has consistently received better ratings than NBA Live over the years. Live does have better visuals but aside from that, 2K wins in every category. I made the mistake last year thinking that NBA Live 08' was gonna be different, boy was I wrong! Within a week, I was blowing out the AI with the Knicks even though the difficulty was maxed out! My advice, buy 2K if you want a complete, realistic simulator. Buy Live if you like graphics and easy game play.

I would leave that to when the games come out,but based on what we have seen from the two games,Live 09 really has stepped up it's game from 08,but 2k9 is looking to fix its little problems from 2k8.In my opinion i'd have to buy Live 09 since i have had too much experience with the NBA Live series,but i'd like to try 2k9 this year if i get the chance as it has some very well-done,improved graphics.

2K sports has well over-taken EA's Live in the past couple years as the most realistic basketball simulator. Live is more family friendly with simple controls, but if you want a realistic gaming experience, 2K is the obvious choice.

i have bought NBA live for years and last year i bough 2k instead and i really liked it so i will probably do the same this year

nba 2k9, nba live is c**p, sure it has great graphics, but in nba 2k9 it has definately caught up. Nba live has always been shakey, and I saw the new trailer for the gameplay for live 09 and it look really the same as last year, and 2k looks as good as ever
