NBA 2k8 or NBA Live 08?

NBA 2k8. It has CP3 on the Cover! plus, I think it has better graphics, controls, and better gamemodes, like having legends ( ex. Bird, Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, etc.) plus, it's like $10 cheaper. go for it.

u cant go wrong wit ea sports...if ur just in it for the looks the 2k8 is the best bet...but live is for the real basketball fanatics...it has the little stuff that "normal fans " dont see...

I have to say NBA 2k8 is the overall better game.

On NBA LIve 08, it's too "video-game" like

For example, I was playing the heat.

Wade took 10 shots.

Ricky Davis took 17.

Jason Williams pulled up for a 3 almost everytime down.

Live was an improvement and had great graphics, but 2k8 was the overall better game.

Live 09 is introducing a DNA Feature with DAILY updates, 2k9 has only released their cover athlete: KG. (Live: Tony parker)

NBA 2K8 is so much better. It has better cameras than NBA LIVE 08 and the whole gameplay is a lot smoother than NBA Live 08.
