Celtics, Pistons and Magic will be three of the top 4 teams in the east.

Philadelphia will be much improved and will be in tne top four.

Rounding out the other 4 playoff spot will  be Toronto (will be a 5 seed  because of the addition of Jeremaine O'Neal), Cleveland and Washington will be in the 6 or 7 seed. The heat will bounce back from the disappointing season they had last year. Marion, Beasley and Wade are enough to be a playoff team.

Look out for Chicago and Milwaukee (Jefferson and Redd combination) stir things up and make a run for the playoffs.

Hawks they have made the playoffs last year, this year i think they won't

The Knicks as of now haven't done much to improve there team.
