NBA - Franchises who deserve to win a NBA Championship title
There are many teams in the National Basketball Association who have no idea how it feels like to hold the Championship Cup, despite being in the league for over 40 years. However they are still given a lot of credit for their tremendous efforts throughout their career.
Here is a list of one of the most hardworking franchises who deserve to win a NBA Championship Title.
Utah Jazz
The Utah Jazz might have lost Carlos Boozer to the Chicago Bulls and Wesley Matthews to the Portland Trail Blazers’ this year, but the determined team did not lose. Some say it could have been a blessing in disguise, as they picked Al Jefferson and Raja Bell. Bell is known for his defensive skills and with the help of his swiftness, he has been able to knock off some great players. Jefferson’s sheer size and amazing rebound-grabbing ability will guarantee the Jazz 20 points per game with at least 10 rebounds.
Jazz might not be the best franchise in the league; they aren’t the worst as well.  They have maintained a good average throughout the off and on season, and with the new back they are confident about the upcoming season.
Phoenix Suns
Phoenix Suns took a big hit in this year’s free agency losing Amar’e Stoudemire their star power forward to the New York Knicks. However the team still has two All-Star players, Steve Nash and Grant Hill, followed by swingman Jason Richardson and Channing Frye. Steve Nash is undoubtedly the most consistent and unselfish player in the NBA. Basketball pundits say the Canadian native has literally sacrificed his game for others in the team, having one of the highest assisting averages in the NBA.
Oklahoma City Thunders
Oklahoma City Thunders consists of a young player named Kevin Durant who is the leader for his team like LeBron James once was for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Thunder’s have an extremely talented starting line-up consisting of Kevin Durant as their small forward, Russell Westbrook as their point guard and Jeff Green who plays as the team’s power forward. Together the three from a lethal trio, Kevin has an astounding average of 25.3 scoring average and a career high of 30.1 points per game in last year’s regular season. Al Jefferson sheer size is helping him slowly into becoming a dominating centre, experts say his attitude towards the game has improved over the years and will take the team to a whole new level in the upcoming season.
Oklahoma’s fans heart stopped when Russell Westbrook faced a minor injury last year because the 21-year-old point guard right after Kevin is the underdog for the franchise. He made it to his first playoffs this year and kept average of 20.5 points per game with 6.0 rebounds per game.
Dallas Mavericks
Dallas Mavericks is another deserving team in the NBA, who has never had a chance to win the title. The Mavericks have made it to the playoffs many times but have been knocked off each time. The team consists of players like Jason Kidd and Dirk Nowitzki, who have been in the league long enough to be called true veterans. Jason Kidd has made it to the NBA-All Star 10 times, although Kid has left the Mavericks many times the team still takes him back. The unfortunate player has made it to the playoffs 15 consecutive times in his career, but has yet to win a NBA championship title but has 5 gold medals to his accolades.
Nowitzki on the hand has a similar background with many achievements but has not been able to win a title with Mavericks. Despite the fact the German Native has stuck to the team and has helped them reach playoffs 10 times in the past decade.
