Any trade I can do without using my starting lineup to get a better point guard even though Devin Harris leads the league in points and steals.

you can probably trade devin harris or/and Daniel gibson to get a better point guard, probably Jason kidd or chris Paul or something. if this doesn't work, try to get some other good point guard and make duo trade
