NBA – Ranking the Iron Men of the game today (Part 2)
Continuing the list of some of the tough players in the NBA we will be coming across some of the big names in the game today. They are regarded as ‘BIG’ due to the fact that along with being tough they are also among some of the productive men in the NBA
and currently leading their respective teams enabling them to come up with brilliant and consistent results.
LeBron James, Miami Heat
After a very controversial start to the season after moving from Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron James looks in even better condition. LeBron James at times may be said to let his nerves rule him after he is hit hard but the truth is that he is one of the toughest
men that you will come across in the NBA world. He really misses a game and even if he does, he makes up for it in the next one bagging chunks of points.
Though he has missed two in the first season with the Miami Heat up to now but this is as much as he misses during the course of a year. Coupled with this is the fact that he is tough and durable regularly driving in to score makes in even more impressive.
Overreacting at times, falling on the floor and crying in pain LeBron James is sure to stand up and continue playing.
Added to this is the energy he brings to the game with his passing and not to mention his exquisite shooting from the line, whether it is the free-throw or the three pointer line. Joining hands with players like Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh may just result
in his first NBA title that this player is capable and deserves to win.
Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City Thunder
Kevin Durant recently guided the United States of America to FIBA Championship glory securing gold medal with some brilliant performance during the course of the tournament. Much was expected from him as the season started as thus far he has met the expectation
very well.
One of the toughest men in the entire NBA locker room, Kevin Durant has brought alive an almost dead team which was down during the past few season. Currently, Kevin Durant is topping the list of scoring for an individual. His last game against the Minnesota
Timberwolves saw him coming up with a gem of a performance as he scored 47 points in the game.
He is a human and has come across several injuries during the course of his four seasons in the NBA. But the amazing fact about this is that during the course of his four season battling injuries, he has missed only four games!
Kevin Durant is in the list for the top 10 free throws won and scored in the league which means that he takes a lot beating during the match. But the calmness and composure that he displays makes him one of the intelligent and productive players in the NBA
world. Even more shocking is the fact that he is 22 years old and has lots of games and season ahead of him.
Kevin Durant with his unmatched leading abilities create and air of satisfaction among the players and this is one of the reason as to why Oklahoma City Thunders are in the third spot in the Western Conference and looking to crawl their way even further
for a strong finish in the Conference.
If Kevin Durant continues on the same roads than you might be in for a surprise with Oklahoma City Thunder appearing the NBA Finals and who knows winning the title in the end.
